Great place! Staff is very friendly and residents are quiet for the most part, they also allow pets! The office staff is really friendly and always helpful! The manager is very friendly and will be glad to accommodate you if possible! A few maintenance issues arose and were dealt with in a timely manner.

I really enjoy it here even though one bedroom is smaller than what I'm used to it's sufficed. There are sometimes nights where it's a little noisier than usual but it's fine for the most part they do have security here on site. The only thing that I really don't care for is people are supposed to pick up their pets poop and most of them do not even though there are bags clearly supplied but people just don't care. Also they only do weekly and monthly; they do not do daily stays at all. You do have to pay a deposit but after you stay here after 6 weeks you do get it back. It just takes a little bit and they'll mail you a check.

I wanted to just check the place out in case I need to stay prior to finding a permanent apartment. I was truly impressed with everything. The one bedroom might be small but the atmosphere, management and staff were very sweet and accommodating to the fullest. I was put as ease with safety issues also. Marcus is the new manager and taking over in less than 2 months has made me think this is a perfect fit. ...And I am pretty picky. He gave me a tour and explained everything plus what him and his staff continue to strive on in improvements and pleasing their guests. I was truly impressed with his seriousness of every aspect of the suites and making them more of a safe apartment living and not so much a hotel. Budget Suites is extremely lucky Marcus came on board. He is a very caring professional along with the gals in the office.

My overall experience with Budget has always been good. Affordable. Friendly. In spite of the many options to hotel nearby, they still maintain the cost factor and keep it from getting too out of hand. And with everything you need basically being within walking distance, the only thing missing now is the cooler temperatures to walk in.

I would like to thank Rudy and his staff for taking customer service to the next level! I had a very personal issue with a very special person in my life that could have possibly influence my decision/ability to stay at BS of A. We are in transition between homes and this sitituation could have been detrimental to our future plans. Rudy and his staff considered all the dynamics of our situation and was instrumental in helping us resolve it promptly with the utmost compassion, care and understanding. Rudy's willingness to work with and assist us was truly life changing. And for that we are SINCERELY grateful. Thank you Rudy and all your staff for your kindness and help! And a high five to the courtesy patrol officers Mike and James for keeping us safe!!

Nice place. I'm a female alone with my 2 lil doggies and I always feel very safe no matter what time I take them out. Its typical $$$ for extended stay. The staff keeps the property clean and maintained. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. The property manager is very attentive to the property, guests and employees. I've been here a month and I think I'll be staying a while. Only negayive is fellow guests need to be better about picking up after their pets.

This location is in great location, my personal experience with the Budget Suites of America was a 3 1/2 month stay, I chose to stay while waiting for a local apartment to have available units. Staying at the BSA was a way for my family to save money while preparing for an apartment. The location is straight on the highway so I had no problem with traffic or commute to work in Carrollton. The employees are great people, they have fantastic memorization skills and know their tenants by name. Their maintenance is on point as well all it takes is a short trip to the front office and most of not all your maintenance needs are met within 48 hours. They keep this location well secured and well maintained. Residents keep to themselves unless you choose to engage with them.

I've been here for about 3 weeks now. It's so close my job, so I really could walk to work if I needed or wanted to. Customer service is really good, every time I come into the office to pay for the room. Ashley and Kevin are usually in keeping the office organized and answering the phone. I visited here when my ex boyfriend was living here for a little while. It's a good place to stay in substitute of an apartment or if you're just waiting for your home be ready. Wendys, McDonalds, and Whataburger are pretty close. 7/11 gas station is right across the street. Parking lot stays clean, and no overflowed trash. Also there's no bugs at all, I stay on the 3rd floor so I'm not sure if that's the reason but it's a pretty good stay.
